We are delighted to announce our appearance at the Tarbes en Tango festival!
For 25 years, tangueros from all over the world have been gathering in Tarbes to satisfy their passion for dance and music and to perfect their art with the most prestigious tango maestros.
With nearly 130 internationally renowned artists and more than 18,000 festival-goers from all over the world, the streets come alive with the sounds of the bandoneon, and tangueros flock to the tango balls and daytime concerts organized in the different neighborhoods and city gardens.
In the evening, magnificent concerts, shows and performances are offered under the beautiful Halle Marcadieu, which transforms into a giant milonga (tango dance party) until the end of the night…
The Tanguango performance is scheduled for August 19th at the Halle Marcadieu, starting at 10pm.

BELGRADE TANGO ENCUENTRO

After a few years of break, we are pleased to inform you that Tanguango quinteto will perform at the opening of the Belgrade Tango Encuentro Festival, organized by the Tango Natural Institute.
The festival will take place from May 29 to June 3. Tanguango's performance is scheduled for May 29, at Dorcol Platz.

TANGUANGO IN GERMANY

Tanguango is proud to announce its first visit to Germany in November.
The milonga performance in Schwerte is scheduled for November 4th at Auf Der Heide, and then, a day later, we will play to the audience in Aachen. The first part of the performance in this city will be a concert, and a few hours later we will also have a performance at the El Corazon milonga.
ČAČAK TANGO FEST 2023

The spirit of Argentina and Buenos Aires again in Čačak.
This year, Čačak will host the first Serbian tango quinteto "Tanguango" as well as the dance couple Boris Djuričić and Marija Šćekić from Tango Natural, the largest European school of Argentine tango.
As part of the Čačak Tango Fest, a free class for beginners will also be organized.

LA LOCURA - TANGO MUSIC FESTIVAL

In May of this year, Tanguango quinteto will have the honor of participating at the 4th edition of the international tango festival
music "La Locura".
This prestigious festival brings together established artists of the tango genre, among them: Beltango Quinteto, Silbando Orchestra, Las Milongitas, Asato-Pais duo, Luna-Tobaldi duo...
Every year, a large number of dancers from all over the world come to dance at this festival, and this year is not exception, the festival is sold out.
Quinteto Tanguango will perform on May 6, in the big hall of "Haus der Musik" in Innsbruck. Since this year quinteto celebrates 10 years of existence, on the program in addition to tango traditional and tango nuevo will be tangos by Serbian composers.
BELGRADE LISTENS TO TANGO

The idea of the project "Belgrade listens to tango" is to bring together artists who perform tango music in a week-long concert program in our capital in the last week of December.
The main program will include concerts by the "Regoč" duo, the "Tanguango" ensemble and the Tango Youth Ensemble of Belgrade, current and former students of Dr. "Vojislav Vučković" and "Stanković" high-schools. The emphasis of the festival are concerts, but the side program will include a tango dance evening - a milonga, in cooperation with the Tango Natural Institute.
The project is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Information in Belgrade.
Concerts and milongas will be held at three locations:
23.12. Youth concert at "Dr. Vojislav Vučković" School at Kondina 6, starting at 8:30 p.m.
26.12. Performance of the "Tanguango" quintet at the "Libertango" milonga at the Tango Natural Institute at Resavska 28 starting at 9:00 p.m.
29.12. Concert of the duo "Regoč" in the House of Đura Jakšić in Skadarlija, starting at 7 p.m.

In the year when the 100th anniversary of the birth of Astor Piazzolla is celebrated, Tanguango Quintet with reinforcements on stage is preparing something unusual for you. Duško Radović Theater will be the stage for the adaptation of the operetta Maria de Buenos Aires with the following actors on stage: Maria - Ljubica Damčević, El Duende/ The Elf - Ivan Nikolić, Payador - Mihailo Šljivić. Musicians: accordion - Dušica Luković, piano - Sonja Lukić, violin - Jelena Adamović, double bass - Ana Miljojković, flute - Miloš Miketić, guitar - Grigorije Pećanac, percussions - Ksenija Komljenović and Arion Petrovski.

TANGO UNCHAINED FESTIVAL

Tanguango performed at the 1st "Tango Unchained" festival in Athens, Greece.
The performance took place on Saturday, 25th of March, on the second Gran Milonga. We had the chance to enjoy playing while one of the best tango couples in Greece and Europe (3rd place winners at the Cervia Tango European championship of 2016) , Stelios Stampoulidis Despina Amarantidou and guest couple , the lovely Nikos Dimitropoulos and Marina Siama danced.
WEEK OF ARGENTINE CULTURE IN PODGORICA

“Week of Argentine culture” has been organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina with regard to two hundred years of Argentine independence, and was held from December 1 to December 4 at the KIC “Budo Tomović” big hall.
The event was opened by Tanguango orchestra concert with the dance couples from tango schools in Montenegro “Buena Vista”, “Tango Natural Montenegro”, “Casa del Tango”, “Tango i tačka” and “Migado”.
The opening ceremony of the event was attended by His Excellency Mr. Ricardo F. Fernandes, Argentine Ambassador in Belgrade.
Belgrade Tango Weekend - Tangira Me Edition

This edition is dedicated to the creativity of Tango Youth, so you will have an extraordinary opportunity to enjoy performances of young and very young :) dance couples, as well as performance of orchestra Tanguango. :)
In addition to two Gran Milongas, a Tango Weekend consists of one daily milonga and classes for all participants coming from abroad (also super affordable), couple performances and a live concert at the milonga.

This fall, Musical Youth of Belgrade (Jeunesses Musicales Belgrade) presents music festival "Back in Cvijeta" that will be held in one of the most beautiful places in old Belgrade – "Cvijeta Zuzoric" pavilion in Kalemegdan.
From 30th September until 21st October, twice a week, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy in the concerts of various musical genres!
Tanguango will perform in the grand finale of this festival, on 20 October, from 19:30pm.
